It's the same timeframe given to everyone including corporate clients such as Jetwing Hotels. However we adhere to get the job done quicker.

You should never machine wash your jute rug and don't use any other method that involves excessive water saturation on a natural fiber rug, either. We recommend that you use a dry cleaning process of vacuuming or spot cleaning with a bit of warm water & sponge. Use a hairdryer or dry cloth to dry the area immediately after.

If vacuuming is not possible - shake or beat: Take the area rug outdoors and give it a good shake. Jute has an open weave and most of the dirt will be underneath the rug. Giving it a good shake gets rid of dirt and dust that’s embedded into the fibers. Use a clean broom to hit the rug all over to loosen deeply embedded dirt. Don’t forget to shake out the rug pad and sweep or vacuum the floor.

All our rugs are made from pure jute, cotton or a mix of both.

All our rugs are handwoven on wooden looms by a group of highly skilled artisans.

All our rugs are rubberised using high quality liquid rubber milk to make them slip resistant.

The widest rug we can weave is 12 feet. The length can be as long as you like!
